I chose the cool mint clif bar because it is a food that I eat about five days a week. It is a convenient, yet fairly healthy snack for someone with a schedule such as mine. I like the fact that it is made with organic oats and also contains some caffeine to give me a boost of energy. I am curious where the 10g of protein comes from? Also, I am wondering if the 20g of sugar in this bar is necessary? Would it be possible to make it with less sugar? Or is that where some of the “energy” comes from?
