Potassium and Sodium

Potassium

Sodium

Potassium is very helpful for blood pressure regulation, carbohydrate metabolism, fluid balance, growth and development, heart function, muscle contraction, nervous system function, and protein formation. These are all very important to the function and upkeep of the human body.

Sodium, on the other hand, also helps the body regulate blood pressure, balance fluids, and nervous system function, as well as regulate acid-base balance, and muscle contraction. The added benefits from sodium are also very important for the body.

Carbohydrates

Sugars are coming from the sugar, maple syrup, honey, glucose syrup, pecans, almonds, and peanuts. Glucose, fructose, and sucrose are the main sugars from most of the ingredients contributing to the sugar content.

Fibers are coming from chicory root fiber, pecans, almonds, and peanuts. All of the fibers in this food are soluble fibers.

Approximately 52 calories come from carbohydrates as there are 13 grams of carbohydrates in this bar and there are 4 calories per gram.
