Cooking and Chemistry? Yes Please!

I love cooking with all of who I am. If I weren’t attending Muhlenberg, I would be at the Culinary Institute of America. Cooking has been a part of who I am for a while and I am very passionate about it.

As for Chemistry, I have not done chemistry in a few years. I loved my teacher and my class when I took it, but it didn’t leave me with wanting to continue with it, but it also did not turn me off of it. Chemistry is something I enjoy, but it’s not my favorite.

A course of the mix of cooking and chemistry was what drew me to take this class. I am so excited to learn about it! Cooking and chemistry are both things I enjoy and I can’t wait to engage in it, especially in the lab.
