Phosphorus is used for for acid-base balance, bone formation, energy production and storage, and hormone activation. There are carbohydrates that contribute sugar in the popcorn, cheddar cheese, buttermilk, and whey.

There is most likely monosaccharides present and soluble fibers present in this product.

To calculate the calories of carbs per serving you do this calculation:

Grams of carbohydrates per serving x Calories per gram of carbohydrates divided by the total calories per serving x 100 = % of Calories of carbs per serving

14 x 4 / 160 x 100 = 35% of calories of carbs per serving
